Vickie will be appearing at the Museum as part of their Moon to Mars and Beyond weekend.  On Saturday morning, she will talk about food in Space in a session open to the public, and will be signing copies of her book, “Space Bites, Reflections of a NASA Food Scientist.”  That evening she will speak at a Members Only event at the Planetarium.  On Sunday, she will speak in the morning and evening in private sessions with those attending the Museum’s various space camps.
