Join the Cosmosphere on Wednesday, July 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the Grand Lobby as they welcome Vickie Kloeris, a space chef, food scientist, speaker, and author. Kloeris will give a presentation on her career at NASA and discuss her book, Space Bites: Reflections of a NASA Food Scientist.  After the presentation, Vickie will be signing copies of her new book “Space Bites.
